Meet Michael Chesek, MA, LMHC

Michael Chesek is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, grief, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. He holds degrees from Brown University and Argosy University and has advanced training and clinical experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Michael takes a collaborative, client-centered, and solution-focused approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique goals, strengths, and values. His aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful and lasting change.
